A ROLL OF FILM A MONTH // MARCH, PT. 1 – THE ONE FROM ROME

So, It´s time for some more analogue love! Im pushing a lot of Kodak moments (litterally!) on my blog these days, simply just to get a jour with my project. Which I love to bits, btw.

This particular roll of film was shot when hubby and I travelled to Rome march of this year. Yes, a whole roll of film over the duration of five days but what the heck – Italy deserves a roll of its own. Looking back at all the photos I took from this trip, these actually are some of my favorites. There´s just something special about shooting analogue that makes me put so much more effort into every shot. Perhaps it´s the not being able to view the photo directly after shooting, and the wonderful anticipation of what I actually managed to capture that makes it so unique. Also, it costs a crap load of money to buy the film and to have it digitalized and developed, so that helps to.

If ever in Rome, GET COFFEE HERE. It is said to make the best espresso in Italy. The cappuccino isn´t too bad either

I remember taking this photo just seconds after spending over 100 euros in Humana Vintage. I felt euforic and so so happy

Shortly after this photo was taken he threw his hands and the air and just stood there – not completely agreeing with his inventory list. So very Italian

A sunny break at the Spanish steps. Some older guy tripped and rolled a few meters down. Imagine what a magnificent story. «I fell down the Spanish steps!»
